Past Events
April 2025 – New Board selected! – Please see board member information in the Contact us page.
January 2025 – We held the annual meeting on Saturday the 25th, 8 homes participated in meeting. We announce the end of term for most board members and are seeking a replacement board.
Calendar Year 2024
- Annual Meeting – We had the annual meeting at Tiny’s Restaurant on April 13th. Attendance was light with only 13 out of our 150 home attending. We reviewed and approved the minutes from the 2023 annual meeting, made several announcements and decided on dates for our 2024 events.
- Drinks on the Drive – We had our first Drinks on the Drive event at the Kinard’s house in April, in May it was hosted at the Kluvo’s home, June it was hosted at the Clute’s home, and September it was hosted at the Olson’s home. We got to mingle with our neighbors and enjoyed great food, drinks, and conversations.
- Community Garage Sale – We had great participation for the spring annual community garage sale in May. The fall annual community garage sale in October only had three homes participating.
- Annual Forest Park Potluck – We had a good turnout for this years Potluck in October with 9 homes participating.
- Community Luminaries – In December we had 4 homes participate in the Luminaries event.
Calendar Year 2023
- Community Garage Sales – We had two community garage sales in 2023, on in May and one in September. We plan on having at least one of these HOA sponsored Garage Sale every year.
- Forest Park Potluck Get Together – The HOA sponsored a Neighborhood get together in October and had a pretty good turnout; approximately 10 households. We are looking forward to doing this each year and hope attendance eventually grows to include all of our 150+ households. We had a lot of fun and shared a great variety of delicious food!
